We attended the Valentines party and it was so much fun! Hospitality was on point! We left with so many goodies! Definitely a great place to visit

I have spent a lot of money here, vapes, glass, torches…. I even had the vape in my hand I bought here 2 days ago…. The night guy pressed me to buy something and I kindly told him I don’t know what I want yet. He told me “it’s fun ti look around but you need to buy something or get out”….. GLADLY, I will never come back here, his demeanor was very rude…. I was going to buy another vape but now I’m going to vitrum smoke shop, they actually bought new glass and I have a variety to choose from. It really bothered me to be pushed out the store when I was looking for less than 10 minutes. Rude staff And no restock in glass for a year or more I haven’t seen any new glass. Shelves are weak, I hope they step their game up. I remember when RNR was on Kuykendahl and they always showed me respect… I used to sell glass to RNR for about 9 years so I feel like they should show respect, we have made money together, and I’ve spent tons of money here…. Don’t even kick a customer out just because they are looking that is awful thing to do to a customer in retail…. Step your attitude up. Get a new night guy, someone who cares about the customer

Came in and customer service was amazing. Tony welcome me in and helped me out and asked how I was doing. Very nice and chill and. Friendly. Tony is amazing and polite.
