VERY POOR customer service ! The young guy [mid 20s dark hair] that works the counter most often is unhelpful and rude. My wife & I have been in this location/making purchases at least twice a month for the last 6 months with the same young guy who is working the counter during the day.... he is unfriendly & uninterested in being helpful. On our last visit I had questions about switching from disposable vape to refillable/reusable option and he acted as if my questions were putting him out & he offered no help in recommending a product/device to meet my needs. Definitely wont be retuning since its obvious return/paying customers are unimportant. P.S. - In stark contrast , place directly across the street the guy behind the counter welcomed us as we walked in the door an was super friendly with no problem answering questions an helping me get into the right product to meets my needs all the while treating us as valued customers.

I stopped by 3d smoke shop off garland rd and omg I was surprised by their disposable nicotine section they had every brand you can imagine and finally, I found my gummy bear fogger pods I do heavily recommend this store.

Sam is always very helpful and accommodating everytime i come into the store. Highly recommend this location.

Just stopped in here the other day and there was an amazing selection of glass. The prices were good not over priced I didn't see to many name brand pieces but the quality of the pieces seemed to be up to par. The service was lacking a little bit but I I get that and would still come back.

If you value good products and people who keep their word, this place is not it. I bought a product that was recommended for me didn’t work. I was told to come back and he will get me right. he did not keep his word. Don’t go here
