I've been coming here off and on for years and always found the man behind the counter to be very personable, informative and he was always willing to help me out with anything i had questions about or give me deals. Unfortunately i haven't seen him here the last several months, and there has been newer staff lately, I wonder if he's still here. Luckily the 2 ladies these days there are both very friendly and informative, just as he was. However, today I met another guy, and he is someone I'd rather not deal with again. This evening i came to grab my usuals and noticed they had a sale on some vapes. There was a bin that was stacked to the top of multiple brands and flavors of discounted vapes. The pricing was a steal, so I dabbled through a few and passed on it, since you'd have to do alot of digging and they all seemed similar. However upon checking out the cashier said there might be a certain brand in there that I like, but I'd have to dig towards the bottom, so I gave it a go. Here I am digging through them and looking at the bottom and sides since the bin is semi translucent and suddenly the elderly man I've never seen before says, Sir, Stop, you can't do that, thank you. I asked him how do I know what flavors where in there if they're all piled on top of each other and he said that's just how it is and you can't dig through the products, thank you bye. I asked one more time if there was a way I can see the vapes and he said no, thank you, bye. Whoever this is needs to work on his people skills or not be allowed to sell products at all to customers. I had a pile of vapes I was ready to by on the side and I just tossed them all back in because of how I was spoken to. Also while I was there, a man rushed in asking for a glass rose, which we all know what those are used for and got mad when he found out the price and said he could get them cheaper down the street. The same man I spoke to quickly told him he'd hook him up and told him to follow him. I highly doubt I'll return to this establishment. It sucks since it's down the street from me and I've been coming here for the past 12 years, but I can't stand rude people. Neither one of the other employees cared that I was looking through the bin and again one suggested it. If he didn't want me digging through them he could have offered to handle them himself and display them on the counter for me or read off what they were. I've include a picture of the man I spoke with, so others will know who to avoid.

Got there early expecting to wait a bit but the guy working saw me, waved me in, and I had my geek bar in hand before they were technically even open. Morning crew here is top notch.

The atmosphere in this shop is very warm and welcoming, Marco and McKenzie are the sweetest and are very kind! Everytime I go in here they’re so patient with my lack of know how + they have great recommendations! You’re in great hands if you go here!

Not a chill spot can’t be on your phone prices are higher than other places also staff is rude when don’t buy. I would give it 0 stars

Didn’t catch their name but the curly blonde employee tonight was fantastic. 10/10. I was in and out because I came in with a mission and budget. Staff is very knowledgeable on their inventory and very helpful! Guided me exactly to what I needed/wanted.
