I love this cigar lounge. Always accommodating. Sometimes very relaxing live music, drinks are great. But tonight’s experience was ruined by a new bartender by the name of CeCe or CiCi. She was clearly drunk or high and was being rude to all of the bar guests. She couldn’t remember anybody’s orders and would need to ask 2-3 times what they needed, didn’t start tabs for anyone so couldn’t remember if they paid or not, and one guy repeated his phone number several times and she was mad at him like he was the one forgetting. One specific guest she chose to start an argument with and was extremely racist towards him. I was just trying to get a cigar and drink before going home, but ended up witnessing a bartender who does not deserve to be here. This is a top notch cigar lounge and deserves top notch staff. I just wanted to add: Danisha was phenomenal at defusing the situation and getting the other girl to leave the bar. She was great with the other guests. She took lead and made sure all responsibilities were taken care of aside from her coworker’s actions. Leaving a 5 star review because this place deserves it aside from this incident.

I was taken to Casa de Montecristo Cigar Lounge and Bar for my 56th Birthday in 2022, after a delicious dinner at Al Biernat's near there. This place topped the night of my Birthday Celebration. We smoked some Good Cigars and had drinks as well. The atmosphere was nice and the music playing was Great! I can say I will be going back.

It was a really nice place. There was one tiny issue and that's the ventilation system. It was really smoky. I know its a cigar bar, however most cigar bars aren't that smoky. They still get 5 stars because the saff were so friendly and professional. Great cigars and drinks here for sure.

Casa de Montecristo Cigar Lounge & Bar in Dallas is a fantastic spot for cigar lovers. They have an awesome selection of cigars and a very well-stocked bar. The vibe here is unique, relaxed, and genuinely fun. It attracts a diverse crowd, which adds to the welcoming and lively atmosphere. They also host live music on some nights, and the performers they bring in are excellent. The staff are attentive, helpful, and professional, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a change of pace from a typical sports bar or an overly stuffy cigar lounge, Casa de Montecristo is a great place to spend an evening. I’ll definitely be back soon.
