The atmosphere is definitely a vibe, and the food is really good overall. However, the hookah experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting us wasn’t friendly, and the hookah itself wasn’t good—even after she remade it. She never came back to check on us or refresh the coals, and it wasn’t busy, so there really wasn’t an excuse. She didn’t even ask if the second hookah was better. Overall, the customer service on the hookah side just wasn’t up to par.

Service was good. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. It was service. We went for happy hour and there weren't many people there. Just 6 people. We were told if we didn't want to do hookah then we didn't need to go into the lounge area, 😞. Happy hour prices for food wasn't really a discount. We ordered a margarita which tasted just like sugar. The best part was the dessert. Wasn't a vibe yet, people went into the lounge area but we didn't 🤷🏾♀️
First off they said it was free for women until 12 and they still charged us $ 10 for women and $20 for men, then they said no Jerseys or muscle shirts or white tees, why we see white tees muscle shirts and more, they let in who they want and we got a hookah and no one checked on us, $55 is crazy to pay and no one come check on us. Overall the experience was a 2.0 would not recommend
The service was terrible. We reserved a table, yet I personally had to ask for a server to assist us. The table we were seated at was dirty and covered in ashes. When the server finally came to our table, she did not bring any menus and informed us that they do not have a drink menu. The lemon drop martinis tasted more like fruit punch than a cocktail. Additionally, I ordered the steak nachos but was served brisket nachos instead. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the poor service, lack of attention to detail, and incorrect food order.
$20 cover charge just to get in and watch people stare at each other. You want me to pay to get in, to pay to eat, to pay to drink? Dress code isn't even active, they let people come in dressed in diapers.
