I shop here all the time. I've spent a ton of money since I've been in Dallas at this store. I came in today and made it at 11:57pm, because I was running late. The stores listed hours are until 12 am. The open sign was on. Two employees were present. All they could say is "I already closed the register, boss." Which is unprofessional as hell. I've ran smoke shops and other retail locations for a decade and you don't stop doing business until the hours are over. Then, the employees came outside and we mentioned that you don't close your store until you're listed hours are over they began yelling at us and cussing at us in the parking lot. I will never visit an empire smoke ever in Dallas I will go across town if I have to this was the worst experience I have ever had at a smoke shop in my life and I've literally managed them. Her reason for closing early is that she's been open since 9:00 that does not matter I don't care if you've been open until 6:00 a.m. you stay open until you're listed hours are over that's just basic retail. If I were the owner or manager I would fire any employee who closed the store early without a really good reason and being open for 15 hours is not a good reason.

Great product we love this store great customer service come shop and buy. They have it all one stop shop.

Stopped in and was impressed. Good variety of vapes, glass, and accessories. Everything was well organized and the employees Devin and Jay was friendly and helpful. Prices were better than most places around. I’ll be back for sure.
