I've been to many of these shops on Harry Hines to supply my business and this was the absolute best!! Great customer service and a great selection. Keep up the great work! I was reading other reviews and they will be strict with people coming in without a license so don't read into the bad reviews. I had 2 random customers come in without any paperwork and the workers were stern and politely asked them to leave because they couldn't purchase without the proper business license and tax information.

Worst customer service, can’t even look at stuff without an account. Firstly if I like the product that I am looking for, then only I will create an account. Seems like you have a lot of customers, so you don’t want new customers. Better learn to treat good to new customers as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at this smoke wholesale. I went in just to look around, not causing any issues, and the employee/owner was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The way they spoke to us was disrespectful and made us feel uncomfortable for no reason at all. As customers, we expect basic courtesy, even if we’re “just looking.” Instead, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which completely ruined the experience. A business should treat people with respect regardless of whether they make a purchase or not. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service.
