If I could give them a Negative star, I would! I have a membership with them and I get my vapes there every two weeks. I just bought a vape there Friday night September 27. It was a Pulse geek bar. I get those every time I get a vape, The same thing, a Geek bar. When I hit it this one, when I let go, It keeps blowing air out like it’s leaking and I noticed it kept doing that every time. Right now I am working the fair so I hadn’t been able to come by. But Monday when I got off of work & I got off the bus as I’m walking by. I seen They were still open. so I stopped I told the guy my issue he said oh well I’m sorry I can’t help you. I can give you 20% off a new one. I asked him why I can’t exchange it. I have the receipt that gets sent to my cell phone number anytime I purchase one. I tried to explained to him, I've been working open to close at he fair, & wasn’t able to stop by. I buy my vapes there every two weeks, or less time in between. It just really sucks. Cuz I stay 2 blocks from this store!!!! But He wasn’t wanting to help me. Oh well. I’ll just get my vapes elsewhere NEVER again There! When this happened a while back at another location, they exchanged it with no questions asked! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VAPE STORE!!!! IF YOU KNOE ANOTHER PLACE, Go there cuz this will Not help if their product is is not right!!!
