I had an amazing experience at this smoke shop this afternoon , thanks to Seth! I drove 40 mins just to come to this specific smoke shop ! He was absolutely fantastic-so efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to break down exactly what I was purchasing, so I felt really confident. He went above and beyond, and his customer service was truly top-notch. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back!

Went in for hookah tobacco, they are charging twice the price of any other place. Made sense why the stock was full. They have a nice selection, but the prices are crazy. $40/250g, anywhere else is $25.

The store employees are amazing. I was told the price of 3 separate water pippes were $40 each. The employee even scanned them in as they were unpriced on the shelf. I decided to purchase all 3. They then informed the owner, who then decided the change the price on the water pipes. The increase was substantial. The employees again, amazing and kind. No issue with the customer service at all. I do not appreciate a bait and switch on the price from the owner. Beware.

When I went into Hot Smoke, I wasn't sure what I really wanted, and the guy (Kaine) working there really helped me out! He was very informed and insightful of all the products. I really appreciated his help and left with exactly with what I wanted. Thank you, Kaine!!!

The staff lacks knowledge of their product and seem a little judgy, there's lots of other vape shops, avoid this one.
