Great family owned business! Gave me exactly what I was looking for and she was so helpful! I felt like I could stay there forever!

With so many smoke shops in Dallas, the owners at HotBox really had to do something a little different.. and that's their customer service! Not only do you have a shop that has probably the greatest selection of Delta 8 products right now (delta 8 "cake" brand is what's pictured) but the owners are also the friendliest people around.

We went to the smoke shop and wasn’t planning on buying anything but with there great prices and selection I couldn’t resist. Great customer service and they gave us a free bag with our purchase. I would definitely recommend them and will be back.

Absolutely phenomenal. Customer service made my day. Adi was able to fix my tank without trying to upsale me on a new one. This definitely turned my day around. Thank you so much! In and out quickly. Also Adi was very helpful finding the juice I needed while practicing social distancing and maintaining professionalism and great attitude!

Was charged 21 dollars for a fogger replacement normally 15 just got one yesterday but was out on route and forgot claims everything went up
