⭐️ 0 Star – Extremely Unprofessional Experience As a store owner, I expected a true wholesale experience at Ravi’s Import Wholesale, but this place is the exact opposite. Their prices are marked as retail, not wholesale, which completely defeats the purpose of coming here for business. On top of that, the staff was extremely unprofessional ; even the front desk clerk was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. On top of that, the staff is unbelievably unprofessional. Even the front desk clerk was rude, and one of the employees at the receipt check actually told me to “Google the price” when I questioned an item. Is that really the way to speak to a customer? Completely unacceptable. To make the experience even more disappointing, a lady who seemed to be a manager told me, “If you don’t want to buy, then don’t buy.” That level of disrespect is shocking, especially toward business owners who come here to purchase in bulk. The overall environment felt chaotic and disorganized, and there was no transparency or courtesy shown to buyers. I left disappointed and frustrated, and I will NOT be returning anytime soon. There are plenty of wholesalers who actually value their customers and understand professionalism; unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Terrible warehouse, people are good, the entrance and exit are not designed for trucks. You must figure out how to enter the entrance before you go to pick up, I am NOT kidding.

Going to the dock door is terrible, fence wall and tight area for in and out, there is 90 persnt chance to crash truck and trailer at the second corner of the building, it's better to cancel the load, this area is for box truck.

People here are very nice and helpful and start receiving trucks at 8 an. This place is a little to tight for 53' trailer but it can be done easy if you pay attention. Getting to the docks is through the black gate on the back of the building and you have to make a wide turn close to the curbside or driving over (yellow arrow to avoid hitting the trailer on the right side red circle in the last picture)

When checkout at register take longer than shopping time , it means these guys need to hire a faster crew, there prices are gd , but even if its not busy checkout is always longer than shopping
