I tried to open a smok shop account with this wholesaler, but they rejected new customers without even giving a fair chance or explanation. Very disappointing — you’d expect a wholesale business to be open to new accounts and partnerships, but instead they make it difficult for small businesses to grow. Definitely not the kind of support or attitude I’d want from a supplier.

Worst place to shop on Harry Hines. Service is horrible cuz they don't allow shoppers to even look for things they need. I walked in and was greeted as “BRO WHAT U WANT”. Then when I asked “can I at least look for things I need” I was straight up told NO. Well, my business will go to someone else cuz there are dime a dozen wholesalers on Harry Hines.

Cyril , very much knowledgeable about the products and kind man

I went here and absolutely loved it !! ask for AJ! Very nice ,very respectful and helped me with the math and cost very efficiently. The other staff there smiled and welcomed me very politely! I will definitely be back and found out they are the absolute best ! Good prices too !

High prices filthy customer service, take your money somewhere else. Shame on this establishment and their owners for having such a nasty place
