Absolutely disgusting experience. I came into this store to look at their drink selection. I didn’t see anything I wanted, so I left. As I was walking to my car, an employee wearing a beanie and glasses followed me outside and asked, “Are you going to pay for those drinks?” What drinks? I had my keys and wallet in my hands. That’s it. No drinks. No merchandise. Nothing. Instead of doing his job professionally, he chose to follow me outside and accuse me of stealing. I was so offended that I told him he could look in my car and even look in my purse if he wanted. I literally had nothing to hide. The second I called his bluff, he suddenly wanted to backtrack and say, “Oh no, it doesn’t have to go that far.” Really? You had enough confidence to chase me out of the store and imply I was a thief, but not enough confidence to actually verify what you were accusing me of taking. I have never been treated like this in my life. I don’t steal, and I certainly don’t need to steal overpriced drinks that I can buy cheaper somewhere else. As a Black customer, this experience was humiliating, degrading, and infuriating. I walked into this store as a customer and was treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I wish I could give zero stars. I will never spend a dollar here, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about how customers are treated at this establishment. Do better.

Smokes and Edibles is such a complete all-rounder when it comes to being a smoke shop. Not a lot of stores can match this selection, and it’s all neatly displayed for you. You will be greeted and helped the moment you come in. I was impressed with how the employees are knowledgeable and attentive. I made a stop after a road trip on a whim at their Waxahachie location a few years ago and this place has been my go-to ever since. I often shop from whichever location I’m closest to when I feel like purchasing that day, but I like the Dallas location the best because they have the widest options to choose from.

This is probably the best smoke shop you'll see in the entirety of DFW. They've got everything and are constantly expanding and striving to get better. All the staff is wonderful, but Hunter the manager and Garrett have always been awesome and I love getting to talk to them when I go in. 100/10 y'all

Staff is very knowledgeable on these products and NOT just trying to sell unknown products. They all are very familiar and knowledgeable of every product they have and not badly priced always running. Deals store is very clean and safe.

Great experience at Smokes N Edibles on Lemmon Ave. The service was top-tier, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Garrett was especially helpful—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas.
