I went to this location 11/26/2025 at 9:34 pm. I purchased incense, cigars, sheesha, and hookah tips and hookah coals. There was a female cashier that goes by Kash / Cash / Kesh / Keej (however you say or spell it) When i inquired about the sheesha, i asked her, i said how much is the large boxes of sheesha, she told me $19.99. When she scanned my products, the sheesha was actually $24.99, she asked me would i still like to purchase everything, and I said yes, its fine. The cashier looked me dead in my eyes and told me “you must have just got paid today huh, big purchase for you”. I looked at her and explained that Im really having, and i got money, i wouldnt come in there broke. just because I am black does not mean I am broke. She attempted to apologize and offer another free incense, as that can erase the racial profiling. To all my African Americans who shop at this location, please remember that you are only viewed as a dollar sign and not a person. I am so glad I have this interaction recorded, so that my claims can bot be denied.in the words of Louis Farakhan, Do not buy where you will not be hired or respected. I was racially profiled at this location, and I am truly at a loss for words. I know theyll disregard this review, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I recorded the interaction, and i will spread the word.

Little expensive but have some cool deals if you’re nice to the cashier

I've always had a good experience here but today the person was extermely unknowledgable. She lacked the experience and motivation to work. Also, the workers are mostly busy on their phones and laptop sitting in the back of the store

Upsold me a defective vape and didn’t care when the vape wouldn’t charge. Be careful where you buy from. These guys will sell you a product they swear behind and don’t stand behind it when it don’t work.
