The girl was very helpful! Great Glasses too!! But experience was great! I had a few random questions but was helped with everything. I’ll definitely be back by soon! The girl that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional - then when I asked a question she acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up, then disconnected the phone line. Please hire new professional employees. A potential regular client was lost.

Wide selection, great prices. I will gladly return in the future. Be careful when walking in, though. Theres a small ledge under the door. Could trip you if you're not careful.

I usually get cartridges here. Always happy with them and would recommend them to most smokers. Would love to give five stars, however I do have an issue. Earlier, this week, I bought a nicotine vape disposable here. It was a Mike Tyson 2.0 30,000 hit vape. When I get 25,000 vapes they always last me at least two weeks. This vape is now at 5% of its battery life today. As a mindful smoker, I do not keep my nicotine vape on my person like most. It has been less than a week, and even though half my day I’m not even allowed to use it because of work and school, it is still almost out. Because of the uncertainty on whether or not I’m getting my bargain and what is advertised, I will not be buying nicotine vapes here. It’s also a little sad to see that you all use a tactic to pressure people into spending more money by making every long lasting vape basically the same price. I would like to pay for the product u am receiving and not the max value for what you can get. Everyone else is already doing that :) I do not want to know how quickly it would’ve died if I had enabled boost mode. Luckily I did not Edit: so I ended up deciding on getting my cartridges as well from the new shop I get my nicotine vapes from, I have found that thca and delta 8 cartridges from other shops last longer as well. I think it’s mainly because almost all cartridges I buy from tobacco n beyond end up leaking a massive amount of juice through its lifespan. Anyways, I bought the same cartridge at the same price at two locations, tobacco n beyond and another location. The cartridge from tobacco n beyond was halfway out and significantly leaking. It typically last about two and a half days. I thought that was normal for a long time. Until I started buying the same exact cartridges at another location. Magically the cartridge last me a full week🤷‍♂️ not pointing any fingers but I think I’m going to stick with the shops that last and give me a bang for my buck. I am entirely abandoning. This location as a regular. I apologize. I also in addition to all of this, bought a 15k hit vape from a different smoke shop and it has magically out performed and paced the 30k hit vape. It’s doing awesome and after a week still has 55% of its charge, whereas the vape that was supposed to provide twice the capacity size was at 5% preparing to die at this point. It’s funny as well because I’m on vacation this week as well. It’s obvious to me, and they say only a fool keeps making the same mistakes. Farewell
