I’ve ordered from Vape Craft many times in the past and always enjoyed them. This past November, however, was a very different story. I ordered about $400 of vape juice. After it not arriving in a few weeks, I’ve reached out close to 10 times, through email, phone and the website and NOT ONE CALL OR EMAIL BACK!! They have a great product, but if they don’t ship it or contact you, what’s the point??? It got to the point I had to I had to dispute the charge with American Express.
