This place is absolutely fantastic!! The customer service is amazing, you walk in and immediately feel like family and important! They always makes me feel so special! . Thank you guys for always being so kind and helpful!

Love this store!! Friendly, helpful, always have what I need. Randy helped me out today and he was absolutely amazing!

Great store, friendly & helpful staff, Randy usually helps me and he's terrific! All 3 Texas Tobacco store locations are very nice. Highly recommend 👌 Just adding to my review to update it. I'm in the store once or twice a month. The staff remains terrific. Brint and Randy are both very knowledgeable about the Kratom products and they're kind and friendly as is every staff member. I love the Rewards system they have that automatically tallies reward points and gives you a wide range of rewards to choose from including $$$ cash off of your purchase, cool tees and many other products. Today I got $10 off of my purchase, and that's the 3rd time I've gotten a $10 reward. I wish more stores were as generous!

I always have such a wonderful experience here! All of the employees and products are amazing! Couldn’t ask for better. Also would like to mention the amazing Russel and her awesome customer service

Randy was very informative in showing me different products. He seemed very knowledgeable on the different products within the store. He had an in training badge on so I was impressed with his helpfulness at the main st. Store in Denison.
