I paid the man he gave me a sample pack of some awesome nic nac naturals little mints that hold you over if you're not allowed to vape because some people aren't American. I asked the female rep for assistance with a battery for my cart. The one she suggested was for wax not cartridges. When I attempted the refund the next day a temporary employee fillkng in for the day had no idea how to do the refund. The manager on speaker phone when the rep called to ask was extremely rude about the situation. When the rep called the manager a 3rd time stated he would call back after I left, which leaves the impression that they will call to complain about me. There was a 5 dollar difference in the one I bought and was going to buy. Essential the manager owner would not issue the partial back and was expecting me to buy an additional $5 worth of product I do not need. I will not go back. I went to a shop closer and saved $10 on a pen battery 10 vs 20.

I’m sad I have to edit my review I left from before. I love this smoke shop and everyone in it but I keep running into issues with the staff member “Pete”. He is constantly passive aggressive and putting me in the coworker drama. He is constantly telling me he is going to “talk to his manager” whenever i inform him of the price match deal (that they indeed offer). I don’t find that professional at all, I should not know anything that goes on in an environment I am not employed at. i went there earlier today and was given my product for $8. Pete said i was lying and that was not true when it indeed is true. I take ownership in the part that I played because once he accused me of lying I did use profanity and I’m not proud of that but I’m actually appalled. I’m loved by every employee there and i tip pretty often. Sad to say i think i wont be returning due to the treatment. Ashely is so kind and sweet as well as every other employee.

Great price and service. Pete is the nicest guy in the industry in Denton. If at all possible I will only shop here because of him. His knowledge and patience and kind attitude make this the only place to do business.
