It says it's open online - the open sign is flashing - but the gates are closed and the door is locked. I tried calling but no one answerer. Knocked on the door and nothing. Change your hours if you're not actually open, please.

I live right down the road from this place and just moved to Desoto, I always like finding the closest smoke shop but also value good service. I saw the hours were 10:30 but pulled in at 7:55pm and he was locking the door and looked behind me and said we are closed. I was pulling my phone out to look up the next spot and then he saw me again and said sorry I’ve already set the alarm. I’ve always hated these excuses like we can’t just unlock doors or unset alarms. It just left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be back. My suggestion would be to change your operating hours if you don’t think it’s worth staying open but don’t close early just because you are slow. I’m sure more customers have been lost because of other inconsistencies.

I usually go this shop to buy sheesha flavors. Also, i like how they try to keep up with the customers. I asked them if they would be selling Geek bar (my favorite disposable) and they started having it in less than a week.

Called for pricing and you can't even answer the phone?

By far the best smoke shop in town. My guy Rich who works there is the nicest guy. Prices are very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone.
