This is not the 2nd or 3rd cigar I’ve purchased where the cigars are unraveling and burning bad. You guys need to fix the humidor at your duncanville location. Cigars cost way too much to be burning bad. If it doesn’t burn bad they are hard it’s a waste of money.I need Heather the mgr to replace my cigar asap this is unacceptable.

The girl that help me was super nice...( re-review nine months later) Well I had such great service 9 months ago, I decided to come back in..And I very glad I did that super nice girl was there working again and another girl was there as well. If I remember there names are Kaliene and Kylye and there serves is just fantastic! I wall definitely keep coming back for my vaper supply's when I'm in town! The stick looks fantastic with those accessorize parts! I just have to say thank you again.

This place is awesome. I’ve been going for the past two years and I haven’t come across any bad staff members. And since I’ve been going, they continuously update their vape juices.

I was able to call ahead and find out if they carried a particular cigar I was looking for! After learning that they did carry it, I made the short trip there and the good things I must say about this place is the customer service, smiles and they have a pretty good selection! I will be returning !
