I am very disappointed with the customer policy about returning vapes within 24 hour policy cause I bought a 2 fogest and I was never printed a receipt for my purchase either and they told me I would get a email and they never did tht for me either and I was honest tht I bought it Friday night and this morning after charging it for over thirty minutes it doesn't work and you can clearly see tht it's still brand new but tells me tht policy states without a receipt and in less than 24 hours is the only time I can return it but never printed me a receipt either so how could I even return something if I had no receipt but they were willing to print. Me out a receipt today but would still not let me exchange the item very poor customer service not very happy with the place of business anymore I would suggest you find a better smoke shop to buy your vapes at till they come up with a better policy than wht they have and tht is the vape I just purchased Friday evening and it's Sunday morning and don't want to do a exchange but wanted to print me out a receipt more than 24hrs later tht makes no sense does it
