I’ve been a customer of this shop for quite a while and have purchased several tanks, coils, and vape products without any issues. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday and today was disappointing. Yesterday, I purchased a new tank after learning that the store didn’t carry the M Series Geek Vape coils for my current setup. Diego recommended a different tank and described it as one of his better options. After properly priming the coil, filling the tank, and using the recommended wattage of 40W, I immediately got a strong burnt taste. I returned the next day hoping we could troubleshoot the issue or find a reasonable solution. We checked the coil, and the problem remained. Diego insisted the issue was my e-liquid and suggested I purchase one of the store’s juices instead. I explained that I’ve been vaping for a long time, use 3% nicotine, and have another device running the exact same juice without any problems. I even offered for him to take a puff from the device to see the issue for himself. Instead of addressing the possibility that the tank might be defective, the conversation kept shifting toward my juice preferences and whether I use menthol or ice flavors. What frustrated me most was that I spent about $60 on a tank that appears not to function properly, and the only solution offered was a discount on purchasing another tank. I understand that stores have policies regarding opened products, but I expected better customer service and a willingness to work toward a fair resolution. I’ve had positive experiences here before, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

Alex and Sebastian are always fantastic. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. After almost a year and a half I have never been disappointed. They always have what I need and their house juice is better than 99.8% of the premiums I have tried after YEARS of vaping. It's almost a disservice to call their juice a house juice. The quality is just unbelievable and the customer service is even better.
