Walked in and inquired about some papers orange French tip zig zags, and the dude at the register says “idk couldn’t tell you man” after I had asked if the paper was flavored. So I thanked him and walked out. Called back in for another number to another “smoke shop” location so I can continue to give this local business some well business, the same dude I just had an interaction with answers and was moaning and graining cause I asked for another locations number, then he proceeds to give me the number REALLY FAST . I failed to hear him and asked for it again and again he give the number to fast to get down and is shouting. HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE.! This dude might be the reason I never go back to your locations after purchasing many “water pipes” at this location. I hope you train your employees in communication going forward it’ll improve customer service.

I consistently have a fantastic experience at this shop. The staff is friendly and always provides everything I need. Melina, in particular, has a wonderful smile and is incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

Dude!! If you haven't stopped by this smoke shop you definitely SHOULD! I'm very pleased with the selection of vapes at this location! They have everything from Geek Bars ➡️ Tysons. I was finally able to find a cool mint geek bar! SCORE!! They also have this vape booklet that lets you know if vapes are on bogo!! The prices are unmatched!

Used to be consistent here, i rather go to the one on montana now or even a gas station. This is the 3rd time now that i go and get 2-3 different packs of swishers and they are all extremely dry! The workers need to pay more attention to it and if they are no good then take them out. I’ve had only 1 person ever check if they are dry or not. This time i didn’t check since i was in a bit of a hurry but honestly i shouldn’t have to worry on checking them
