I stopped by earlier during the week the associate was friendly and knowledgeable.. I told him I would return in a few days.. Unfortunately i went on SAT the 30th. At 8 pm..... and a different associate was working... he was somewhat rude and he was not familiar with product.. he seemed like he didnt care about the sales... I asked for a Reciept, and he said NO all sales are final... I said what if it dont work.. he said I had 4 hours to exchange it before he closed... and I asked what if I need help calibrating it.. He replied it wasnt his job.. I needed to go on line and purchase weights and do it myself... I open box to see if it worked but it didnt start.. I asked if it came with batteries. then he replied "I dont know, but since I opened it, I had to buy it.."" Unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude... I will not be returning to this establishment again... ..

Worst customer service ever, have called the store multiple times and they have rejected and ignored alllll of my call tries. Pulled Up - NO CUSTOMERS , just a worker who doesn’t wana answer the phone
