I appreciate all the help from Aiden today! Bro took good care of me! He was patient, understanding and was very knowledgeable plus they’re open 24/7!

They're very polite don't like they don't have the points program on the app but they do give you a little card to that accumulates the times you purchase so you can get a discount or device not sure but it was good place

Every time I get off work my options are limited . I have to deal with the lazy slow dumb excuse for a employee . I hate going when it's this dudes shift. I walk in. They stay on their phone , I ask for what I am looking for and they laugh oh it's not there. I prefer the man who is normally there and takes his job serious . He is the one who locks the door for safety. I appreciate him .

Aiden was very professional and friendly. He gave me recommendations and helped in choosing my 1st vape. Great customer service.

They sell FAKE Stundenglass gravity hookahs/gravity bong. All stundenglass items have a serial number please look for them on the back of the box before buying from these guys. Called them up and let them know that they sold me a counterfeit, as I ordered accessories for it directly from the stundenglass website and nothing fits it. The owner of this smoke shop refused to take accountability and wouldn’t even agree to giving me store credit after he ripped me off. The photo of the green box is the gravity hookah’s box which you will see has no serial number or QR code to register the device (which ALL stundenglass items have). The white box is the box to an accessory that I bought directly from the stundenglass website which does have the items mentioned. Also please make sure to take the items out of the box and look for the serial number on the device itself because all genuine stundenglass products have them etched on.
