I had great experience store was super clean, manager Bryce was very intelligent and insightful. I bought a nicotine vape with mushroom gummies. I spoke about my concerns and what I was looking for an amazing experience. I got exactly what I was looking for. I was not only assisted but also shown excellent customer service. I’m happy to say I will definitely come back and recommend my friends.

I always enjoy stopping by Mr. Puff and Smoke. Ace is amazing, always super friendly, welcoming, and just has the best energy. She’s beautiful, always put together, and I love seeing what outfit she’s slaying when I come in. The other guy there is awesome too, I always forget his name, but he’s always been helpful and kind every time I’ve come by. I believe the manager. Not 100% sure. Just wanted to reiterate that they both are super awesome and you should ask for them or go on days they work! I know I’ll be trying to switch to nights instead from now on best I can as a mama with limited time. I know it can be hard to keep great employees, so I really wanted to give a shoutout to the ones who make the experience so smooth and upbeat. They’re always quick to fix any issues, which I really appreciate. Super awesome place, great customer service, and always a good experience when I stop in. Also having to find new employees can be tough, and I get that. It would be awesome if they knew to reach out to a higher up when for example I brought an issue up, or possibly get info to address it at a later time! 🫶🏻 the customer service was just the small issue, but management quickly fixed it.
