Visited around 1 PM on May 27, 2026. I was the only customer in the store. The employee was at the cashier and did not walk over or make much effort to assist me. She first asked for “an ID,” which sounded like only one ID was needed, so my wife provided hers. After that, the employee said she needed both IDs. I understand stores have ID policies, but the way it was communicated made the visit feel like a waste of time. I asked about a product after being greeted, but I did not get any real help. I actually had to say, “Can you grab this product for me?” because it seemed like she was not even trying to assist or move toward helping. The whole interaction felt awkward and uncomfortable, like I was the issue instead of simply being a customer asking for help. I usually do not complain about customer service, but this experience was bad enough that I do not want to go back because it genuinely made me uncomfortable. Prices were also about $10 higher than other stores carrying the same brand. Overall, the interaction felt unfriendly, poorly communicated, and unwelcoming.
