My fiancé and her cousin went in and bought a vape. When she walked out she checked if it works and it did not. She then went back to the store and let the employee know. The employee then used her mouth AGAIN SHE USED HER OWN MOUTH on the vape and after a couple tries it started working again. She then handed it back to my fiancé in which my fiancé then said she wanted a new one because she put her mouth on the vape. And the manager started saying the at she never used her mouth when she clearly did it in front of ny fiancé. They then denied giving her a new one. This is beyond disgusting. We as customers do not know where the employees mouths have been. Or if they have anything. I’m really disappointed at the staff and their lack of professionalism. If I could give them a 0 star rating that’s what it would get.

Went to use my account and tried to used my points just to find out both my accounts been suspended and no one can tell me why when I used them just about a week ago. All I’ve been told is that it’s from higher up and no one knows why
