Usually like this place since it's near where I live and they have really good deals, but this past time I visited was disappointing. The guy at the front, I believe his name was Joe/Joel, was not very helpful and sometimes outright rude when I asked about a product. It made me really uncomfortable since I was trying to be as nice as possible but eventually I just left without purchasing anything due to his attitude

Their credit card professor does not work. They say it's my phone but my card works everywhere else but there. that exact same processor is the same they use for all their other stores and none of them work either. The sensor on their processor is weak. It's cheap China made and flimsy. Get a better credit card processor. Also rude customer service. Manager seems like has a big ego. Needs replacement management

Went in and bought a battery, was given the wrong one didn’t notice till I stepped into my car… seconds later went back in and was told no exchanges allowed.. it was the cashier fault.. she knew too cause I told her which one I wanted and she repeated it back yet proceeded to give me the wrong merchandise… cheaply made too.. will be taking my money back to smoke shops of ep…. What a disappointment
