They are always in "lunch". This place is the worst. Called to see what what going on. Was told they closed for lunch for 1 hour and half because they work 12 hour shifts. I know they make a while lot of money in the shops since they are all over El Paso. I'm pretty sure they can hire 2 people to work everyday like seriously. So apparently when you come good luck on finding this place opened. doesn't really say online that they close during lunch so I guess. Went again on 2/5/2023 and another note be back in 20. 🙄

They have stickers with a price but they ring you up they charge a different price. Gregory w was the cashier and was rude when asked about pricing. Very unprofessional and ridiculously rude. Even laughed after he charged me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. When I tried calling the number on receipt no one answered and I can’t even leave a message. Idk how they are still in business running things like this

Bought a vape pen that only lasted one day before it stopped working and the manager wouldn’t replace it. It was a $27.00 purchase and she didn’t show any understanding or care that their product is cheap and continues to sell them. Will never buy from any of these chain smoke shops. Scams all of them
