I had a great experience at this vape shop. The store was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured to buy anything. They have an impressive selection of vapes, e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, and accessories, with options for both beginners and experienced customers. Everything was neatly displayed, and it was easy to find exactly what I was looking for. What stood out most was the customer service. The team was patient, helpful, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right product for my needs. The pricing was competitive, and the overall shopping experience was quick and hassle-free. If you're looking for a vape shop with excellent customer service, a wide selection of vape products, and a clean, organized environment, I highly recommend stopping by. This is easily one of the best vape stores in the area, and I'll definitely be returning.

Absolutely love this place. The people here have the best customer service and their prices truly are the BEST in town. It’s clean, vibey, and the most accommodating smoke shop I’ve ever been to. I always leave happy and with a little more of a pep in my step due to the energy of the staff (especially Raj, a true gem to this Earth, but all of the staff is super awesome), and them always having what I need. I recently made this my new home base and I think you will too once you come in and experience it for youself💛✨

This place is great! Excellent selection and very helpful service. I visited for the first time this morning and the girl working the register was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Cheapest place I’ve been to since 2022 and the product quality is honestly unmatched. Paired with incredibly friendly service, I’m not going anywhere else anymore. Highly recommend this place.

Ray has always been very knowledgeable and helpful every time I come in the store. He’s a great person to engage with and he makes me feel welcome at Prime Vape.
