1st visit was great. Signed up for loyalty. 2nd trip, drove 1 hr 21 min to get here and they didn't even have what we normally purchase. It would be nice if they would keep popular products in stock. We shouldn't have to call to see if a product is there or not, that usually is there. People are extremely nice and personable.

Jay and Nick are super helpful! Great customer service. I didn't know what I was looking for and they were able to help me get exactly what I need so fast.
