So today I came in and Brie helped me. (The cool chick with all the tatts) the sold me a torch and the torch was trash. Literally it just stoppped working lol. So I came back and told her. She took it to the the dude in the chair and he spent maybe like 5 minutes fidgeting with it they they gave me a replacement. The entire time, she was super friendly, kept conversation, and then took me back to the torch’s and 1by 1 made sure they all worked before letting me reselect. She comment on my pokemon tattoo and how I was playing Pokémon, and wrapped it into our conversation so smoothly. Honestly I’m just doing this review cause she was hella cool ! So when you go shop at 3D Smoke Shop, ask for Brie (the chick with all the tattoos lol)

Bree provided exceptional customer service. She’s extremely knowledgeable about vapes, and when I came in looking for a specific mint flavor, she immediately knew exactly what I meant and guided me to the perfect option. Her friendly personality and expertise made the experience great from start to finish. Highly recommend—she’s amazing!

Bree is the best help when im needing something specific! She has such a welcoming smile and really makes me feel comfortable when shopping here she most definitely top tier!

DO NOT BUY VAPES HERE! Fake d8 disposable vapes. I bought a cake xl d8 disposable vape today (same brand I always buy) and this thing looks like some $10 Jordans. The brand name is clunky and off-center and the cake logo is completely not detailed like the real ones (look at the candles and the edges of the cake + the candles don’t line up with the center). Alas if that’s not enough, the bottom piece is put on backwards and not flush like real ones. Left is real; right is fake (the one I got here today).

Bri is amazing!! Listened to what I wanted and we landed on a great piece!! Please come and see her asap!
