Stopped by Smoke Shop & More today and had a really great experience. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Excellent customer service and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely appreciate businesses that treat customers with kindness and respect. Will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Youngster. He’s respectful, dependable, and has a strong work ethic. He pays attention to the details, communicates well, and always has a positive attitude. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will help you. Keep up the great work! :)

The guy working here was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing. When I walked in, the store was busy, but he was managing everything smoothly welcoming customers with a big smile, helping people find products, and making sales while keeping everyone engaged. I was impressed that he spoke Spanish, English, and a couple of other languages, and he even mentioned knowing sign language. He was very charming, professional, and an excellent salesperson. As someone who is also involved in sales, I can honestly say that having a person like him on a team would be a huge blessing. What stood out most was how respectful he was to everyone, especially women and older customers. As a woman, I sometimes hesitate to enter stores like this because of the type of customers that can be around, but he was truly a breath of fresh air and made the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. I believe his name started with a “B” sorry, I forgot your full name. Wishing you the very best in your future. Keep up the great work!🥰😍
