Very disappointing first visit. We mentioned a flavor that another employee had recommended, and the staff member(Adam B-you her guy with glasses probably in his 30s and short hair) we dealt with immediately shot it down saying “no that one is not good, I know what I’m talking about”, incredibly dismissive for a first-time customer just trying to navigate something new. Throughout our visit we had several questions (we had never been to a hookah lounge before), and the attitude made us feel like a burden for even asking. When I mentioned I’d be paying in cash on the way out, he snapped back with “well yeah you can pay however you want” — completely unnecessary and rude. The experience was ruined by one employee with a terrible attitude. No new customer should feel unwelcome for simply asking questions. Won’t be returning.
