I got a ooze pen battery from this store but unfortunately it didn’t work. So as usual, went back asking for a refund and he wouldn’t refund it? I asked if I could even exchange it and he wouldn’t let me. Poor poor service. 25 dollars down the drain. I don’t recommend going here what so ever.

I've been in 3 times. The first two times the ladies working were extremely helpful. However, the second time I was sold defective merchandise. When I went in the third time, to exchange it for merchandise that works, I was informed that they would not exchange, or refund, no exceptions. I spent at least $80 in the store, and ended up with $38 worth of useless merchandise.

Doors were locked while they were open. I had to knock and wait out in the cold. Staff was careless and not very helpful. Selection was small and basic. Most electric pens are sold without packaging, instructions or chargers. I would not recommend this location and they only got a star because they do sell actual merchandise. Like their policy, I will not be returning.
