there selling overcharged FAKE NEEDOHS my boyfriend bought two of them today spent over 30$ on them opened them just to realize the popsicle one is defected and FAKE and the jelly fish was defected AND FAKE and then we couldn’t get our money back cause “all sales are finale” insane to sell a fake product hella over priced then refuse to give money back when called out for selling a fake product they don’t even have the needoh branded on the squishy and smell like harsh chemicals no wonder the guy said “no one buys them” yea probably cause yall are shady and selling fake products !💘 ps selling fake products labeled as real ones is illegal.. so have fun with that

Very awkward interaction. The lady seemed nice but I asked her if she had any of the thc-p in bud form and she pointed to a sign asking me to leave if I said any illegal words. I said it again and she started saying I can’t guide you and pointed to the sign to leave.… atp Im apologizing and saying I didn’t mean to offend her because I’m confused I’m thinking she is assuming I’m asking for real weed. So I even tell her I mean legal thc p and then said or cbd bud. I didn’t want pre rolls but the actual bud to breakdown myself and she just starts acting super authoritarian and robotic. ATP I’m super confused and I didn’t know the word bud was illegal to use in her store. I even apologized for saying it when I realized I couldn’t say that word. She tells me I could be a cop. Told her this was my first time with a shop being this tight with the laws(which I have no issue with since I am a current law student) so I was just confused about the entire situation. She didn’t really seem to care or help with my confusion, she just kept referring to the sign and acting weird about it until I put two and two together myself and truly understood. I immediately just picked a random pre roll and left. Experience wasn’t bad, just extremely awkward. Weirdly she didn’t check my ID. To be that strict you would assume they would lol. I wish she could’ve just told me human to human, “hey we don’t allow that word in here, don’t want to use those words in here”. Or something along those lines. Instead she was pointing to the sign and I literally had to try to grasp the situation and read between the lines at 6am lol. Once again, wasn’t disrespectful or mean, but how she handed the situation she did seem sort of rude slightly in my opinion. That’s why I kept apologizing and told her I didn’t mean to offend her or the store.

Excellent shop, open 24 hours, and the lady working nights on Dec 30th was SUPER friendly and helpful. I’m from out of state, but often come to the area to visit family, and I created a loyalty account (also love that they have that!) because I know I’ll be back. Excellent service, the selection was top tier, and they had ALL kinds of other stuff too, like vape products and even cool snacks. Again, I can’t say enough good things about how great the service was, the nice lady (I didn’t think to catch her name, I was so impressed with the politeness her knowledge…) working was very knowledgeable about everything, and knew exactly where to go to. If that wasn’t enough, the customer in line behind me, the lady knew exactly what he wanted and simply asked him if he wanted his “usual”. I can’t even get the local store I’m a regular at to do that. Very clean, huge selection of Kratom and all kinds of other things, and pricing was very competitive compared to what I’m used to paying. 10/10, will definitely recommend and be a returning customer!

I came in around 4am and the staff was amazing! They provided great help and were phenomenal in helping me choose the right product! The store also had just about anything you could imagine and I 10/10 definitely recommend going there again!!!

Shanon is great! Deserves a raise!! Always so happy every time I come in!! She’s the best! I wanted to edit my review because I just love this place so much! They’re unlike any store. The staff is amazing and caring. Always greeting you with a smile. The owners give back to their customers and treat them like royalty. They constantly go above and beyond for me. I’ve never experienced customer service at this level. Even if I’m far, I make the drive to their location because I choose where my money is spent and I encourage you to give them a try! anyone that leaves a bad review was probably under age or didn’t have an ID 🤣. Lastly, they have everything you need. I can’t find my drinks at any other smoke shop in ft worth.
