Just bought this today marking it as a week. It went out half way there. Came up there to exchange. They said it pass the 24 hour mark….. don’t buy anything from here as it won’t work !!!!!

First horrible experience at vape city on mccart purchased a pack of honey holes pre prolls 2 pack just to get home and only 1 in the package , called the store told them i would be there tomorrow with my receipt and video proof that only 1 in the package just for them to say they can’t do anything and the new girl they just hired didn’t know to tell me i have to come back the same night mind you it was 1:15AM and What kind of customer service , training and management is going on! do BETTER!!! Update: emailed my complaint GM messaged backed in 20mins I will be returning back tomorrow and will update

I’ve visited this vape shop multiple times and unfortunately the customer service experience has consistently been disappointing. The staff does not engage with customers, and there is very little communication or willingness to assist. Most visits feel uncomfortable due to prolonged silence and a lack of guidance, which makes the experience feel awkward and unwelcoming. It often feels like asking questions is inconvenient, rather than part of their service. Because of this, I now choose to go to other vape shops in the Hulen area even though this location is much closer to my home. I would not recommend this shop based on the customer service experience.
