In town for the weekend and decided to try this place for a hookah! The customer service was not that great and neither were the hookahs. We changed out the first 2 hookah flavors because they weren’t what we ordered originally. This place is byob and they do not sale food which was cool. This place is just like a chill quiet spot where people are smoking their hookahs and on their laptops. I won’t return. By the way the bill was 105.00 for 2 hookahs but because we made the guy change out the hookahs the first time around because the flavors didn’t taste like what we ordered and he still charged us for them

Had a great experience at this hookah lounge! The atmosphere was chill, the hookah quality was excellent, and everything was well-maintained. What really stood out was the service the guy with glasses was absolutely the best. Super professional, attentive, and knew exactly what he was doing. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in at the right times without being intrusive. Definitely coming back again!

I have been regular here , such a awesome place , service is so good shoutout to Tanisha , highly recommended to visit , my comfort place to get all my work done.

Tanisha is the absolute BEST! I'm a frequent patron here and several other hookah places in DFW and she provides the best service, bar none. Ask for her by name when you come!
