Very disappointing experience. We came as a group of friends to relax and enjoy the hookah and music. The place was already quite expensive, but the worst part was the behavior of the owner, Rishi. He was with his friends and kept interfering with the DJ and wanting his favorite songs played. When we asked for different music, instead of handling it professionally, Rishi started arguing with us and told us not to come next time. I have never expected an owner to speak to paying customers this way. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect from a lounge.

4 stars — Great first impression, but service consistency needs improvement. My first visit was excellent and set a high bar. I was helped by the owner’s brother, whose service was outstanding — he found me a seat with a plug, checked on me multiple times, explained the call button, and proactively offered drinks. The hookah worked well, and I appreciated the modern touches like the scannable menu and table call button. The second visit was very different. The hookah was brought out, but there were no check-ins, no coal change for about two hours, and no one asked if I wanted a drink. I used the call button twice to request my check and could see it blinking, but no one came over. I eventually walked to the counter and asked if the call button was working. The staff member looked at the system, said “oh, sorry,” and then proceeded to charge me without much acknowledgment. For context, I’m a consistent 20% tipper, so choosing not to tip reflected the level of service that night. Also worth noting — the music was extremely loud late on a Sunday night, to the point that the table was vibrating and I couldn’t hear my headphones. Great if you want a high-energy vibe, but not ideal for a relaxed atmosphere. Right now it feels a bit hit-or-miss, but when the service is strong, the experience is genuinely great. I’m hopeful future visits bring more consistency.
Great staff and service with long lasting hookah at good price. Must try Turkish coffee! Oh, you can bring your food here.. alcohol not permitted. They make sure to change coal every often and check on you. Super Pros: though all tables are filled place is not foggy or you hardly see any smoke. Average table accommodates 4-5 people comfortably. Best place for people who doesn’t like crowded but the happening is always alive. Cons: people don’t wear masks/ ice tips are not available but it doesn’t bother me personally.
Large lounge. Hookah was good. Music was loud. Staff was nice. It seemed expensive. We brought our own beverages, other than water. Fun time!
First time here. Great vibe and friendly service. Extremely comfortable couches! Will definitely be back. The owner is the nicest dude ever (someone else said it). He came to say hi to us. PS BYOB. They do not sell liquor but have teas, juices etc.
