I bought a vape mod from this place. Real stylish one high end. It was fine it worked all day and at night before I went to bed I plugged it up so it can charge. The next morning it would not come on at all. I took it back up to the store and talk to the manager Omar. He told me to get out of his store and never come back. No No No Just Joking Lol. He was very professional and he tried his best to find a replacement for me. Which he couldn't. But he replaced it with a nicer one. Even though he charged me a small fee (which was very small and he didn't have to do that at all), I am very pleased with the service. I recommend this store highly.

I’ve spent plenty of money in this place, I recently bought a bong that was not cheap! They didn’t wrap nor put it in anything to protect it. When I arrived home not even 10 minutes later with the item, the item fell onto the ground and cracked it. I went back to the shop to see if I could at least get a discount on a new one if they wouldn’t replace it. Mind you they did nothing. My bong is useable but I will never give you guys another penny from me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wasn’t even going to post this but it’s very upsetting every time water ends up everywhere. Update: finally spoke with the owner who stated that , hmm how should I put this. The employee is no longer working there but bluntly they aren’t responsible for my broken bong because I left the store with it. Which is completely fair, I just bought a new bong from a different location. Hopefully this review will help y’all change how to treat customers in the future. If you sell fragile items, wrap it up!!! My new bong was wrapped and made it home safe but not from this location 🤬 don’t reach out to me about this review because it will not be removed.

I go to several smoke shops around the area but I love coming here. They have a great selection, prices are competitive, and the service is awesome. Fani has been a great help every time I go in.

Loved the customer service once we walked in. Fancy did an amazing job with any questions or help we needed . Highly recommend!!!

Liz helped me out a ton. She was even nice enough to double check with the owner about prices. She also dealt with a stubborn Clevelander pretty well. However, the prices are outrageous. If it wasn't for Liz, I'd give it zero stars if I could. They know very little about THC. Very little. They charge $7-9 per gram on the low-end pre-rolls!!! That's over 300% higher than several places in the same area. The owner made it clear to me over the phone that his focus is only MONEY. If you love overpaying for things and hitting your head against the proverbial wall, then this is your place. I'll be advising everyone I know to stay away from this place. Don't waste your money or energy here - unless you really really want to 😉.
