Since there is no way to call a manager to discuss, I will have to do this here. I was in the store 5/18 at 4pm. Asked for watermelon cream 3 mg. She gave me 1 and I asked price which she told me. I then asked for a second one. As I was leaving I saw that one of the 2 was a 6 mg which I did not want. I asked to exchange for a different flavor which she proceeded to tell me she could not do. It was her mistake and she was unable to fix it. I’ve had zero problems here before now. I’m very unhappy.

This is hands-down one of the nicest gas stations I’ve been to in a while. You can tell that Mark cares about Customer Service quality, products and cleanliness. I have never walked into a gas station that smells so good and felt so welcoming. Good job, Mark; standard set!
