I love coming to the Glen Rose location. They are always so sweet and helpful every single time I go. Never had a bad experience in the GR store. Never forgets to put my number in for points. I’ve been to the Granbury location and they are just not as nice there and makes my experience terrible

This location is the best place ever! I hate going shopping but I look forward to my trips here. The workers are always so friendly! I would rather drive an hour out of my way to go here than any of the other locations

Grait prices and the hours are awesome. And i love the new hours. It would be awesome if someone would unlock the doors to open. The last two days i showed up after 8 and its closed. Yesterday i showed up at 8:30 and it was closed, however i did come back after shopping and someone was there. The open light was off but i was able to get what i needed. However today at 9am i took this pic, i didnt want to but i had to go to there compatition. I was happy i didnt have to go to the other place after they mached the other places times, i do hope this gets resalved.

Both there store suck store suck due to poor business practice screwed me on a defective disposable vape. Great Vapes is a better business.

********update below after owner responded******** i've had a few times that i was forced to drive here from 30-40min away. it's the second time that i expected the product i was buying to Be Intact once i opened it and it was not. previous time was 3 or 4 years ago. it was missing tank from an Smok e-Priv starter kit. i'd actually forgotten about it until today when finding one of the 3 atomizers in this package had been removed pre-sale 👎 the woman who helped me was friendly, but i'll be going to Waco for any in-store purchases from now on **************** to clear things up: i was not saying i purchased a device. i purchased the V12 Prince 0.15ohm coils pictured. it merely reminded me of a prior incident involving the purchase of a device. the reason an attempt for immediate remediation was due to my locale. as stated, i live 30-40 minutes away, and did not realize anything was amiss until having already been too far to return. this more recent incident merely reminded of one that happened years ago. the fact that it has happened in the past if the reason i made a bad review over it this time as it suggests to me that this is a trend lol at suggesting i made up a bad review because of being involved with another shop... no way to be endorsing anywhere when there isnt a name supplied.
