I WENT TO THE GREAT SOUTHWEST LOCATION AND WORKED WITH SELMA. She was very PATIENT and kind. She let me trade my vape out that didn’t work. And she made sure I left satisfied (: I will return !! I love this store

Why do you keep running out of Strawberry cupcake foger refills? Could you order more maybe? This is my only kind really but sometimes I have to reduce to something I don't normally like. I come up there every 2 weeks to get my refills and too many times you are out. I love this place but don't like it when I have to settle for something else. I like to buy 2 at a time and this hurts.

Come shoppppp, Abey, great customer service, great deals and Maddie, very beautiful woman very nice to speak to with

“Great customer service, good prices, and they always keep the shop clean and stocked. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. Definitely one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to!”

Just left after getting helped out by a chill dude whose name I am going to butcher, maybe Abei? Sorry, my memory sucks. But outstanding service compared to the other local shops I've been to and a bonus that they were open before 6 am, I'll be back here for sure.
