Timeline for management and camera review: - Harlingen store: 8:45 PM – 8:52 PM I visited the Harlingen location with my physical passport because I wanted to make a purchase after an unpleasant experience at San benito store. As soon as I entered and started talking with an employee named Ralph about what I wanted to buy, I noticed that he appeared to take a picture of me and send it through a WhatsApp chat. The security camera located right next to him should be able to confirm exactly what happened during that interaction. When I immediately asked him why he had taken my picture, he quickly grabbed his phone, deleted something from the chat, and then showed me his phone while denying that he had taken my picture. From my perspective, this was very concerning and made me feel uncomfortable. I respectfully request that management review the camera footage from 8:45 PM to 8:52 PM to determine what occurred. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and should not have to worry about their pictures being taken without their knowledge or consent. This experience left me disappointed, and I hope the matter is investigated properly.

The one gram containers should be tamper proof because every now and then I get a container that looks a little more than half a gram. Either they’re including the weight of the container or someone at this location is actively skimping/stealing every other 1 gram bottle. I stopped going to Blazin smoke shop for this same reason when the working said he “accidentally pretends to drops them on the floor to sweep it up at the end of the day and take it home” I guess to make conversation but nonetheless if this one individual thinks like this, how many more do and all these different locations.

I have been a regular customer for a couple of years, but will no longer buy from this store because of the managers! I bought some vape juice, and the sales person accidentally gave me the wrong nicotine level. I didn’t notice until I left the store. When I went back in , not 5 minutes later, to exchange for the correct nicotine strength the manager said this sale was final. Come on!!! There is no sign stating this. It was unopened and 5 minutes later and they couldn’t exchange it? This is very unreasonable and disappointing.

It says they are open 24/7 but I came at 2pm and the doors were locked and they were not open. False Advertisement! No note on the door or anything.
