I went in as soon as I opened the door I was greeted by management and the worker that was on duty. They were both really nice and both had great customer service, And within 5 minutes of being there i already made made a purchase because thsy had what i was looking for , I was also able to get a tour around the shop and I will say they have a huge variety of everything. So I highly recommend going there.

So happy Purple Haze opened up in Helotes! Extremely convenient location, amazing selection, and friendly and knowledgeable staff! Prices are better than any smoke shop around, this place doesn't miss!

Very welcoming customer service! Ibrahim was super helpful and made the experience easy and fun. I told him I wanted to try something new, and he helped me pick the perfect option. He was really friendly and patient. This is definitely my go-to vaping shop from now on

I’ve visited a lot of smoke shops in the area, but Ibrahim at Purple Haze #3 stands out every time. He’s super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience smooth. Whether you’re new or know exactly what you want, he’s the guy you want helping you out. Appreciate you, Ibrahim!
