Yeah just go to any other Burn, gentlemen inside is creepy. Most smoke shops can be so I have it a chance. Also been a few times I drove up here mid day, light will say “Open” and as soon as I get out of my car he runs to turn it off and lock the doors. I didn’t think much of it the first few times, maybe it was a lunch break or bathroom break. But it happened 4 different times, it’s unfortunate because it’s so close to where I live but unprofessional nonetheless. Very beat up location, if I could give zero stars for a location I 100% would.

My go to smoke shop for almost a decade... Jay is the only one left from the beginning and he's GREAT! Efficient, recognizes my voice on the phone, just GREAT customer service and typically have what I purchase.... Al is still missed because he was a GREAT guy, had to add that!!!

Um, yes please. Best smoke shop in h-town. They have real glass makers that they utilize and it is obvious. Amazing customer service, they even remembered my name when I asked for theirs 😂 will be coming here going forward.

Great place. Went in for some wraps and filler. Got hooked up very nicely. Great service, great bud, great deal. I had to go right back and get more. Ive never left a google review but this place was well worth it.

Everyone in this shop works well together. The owner is a very nice person who will help to try to get what you need. Also i love the fact that i get a Military Discount & or am able to use my points that i stacked during purchases.
