Would give it a 5 star but unfortunately the last few times I went including today at 1045 pm I went in for 4 mix and match red choice I asked for 4 different flavors(in which those strain cases was still out in display) but instead of getting the flavors that I asked for she gives me 4 of the same flavors which I didn’t know until after I pay and step outside to look in bag I try asking for something else but was told no cuz I walked out of the building, but before I left out of I asked her was these 4 different flavors like I asked she gave me a blank stare then answered yes her communication skills are a little horrible and need working with other than that great product that you have

Laly is hands down one of the best budtenders I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. No matter what I'm looking for, she takes the time to listen, answer my questions, and recommend products that fit exactly what I need. Her customer service is outstanding, and she makes every visit a great experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
