I had a great experience at this smoke shop, and Aida really made the difference. She was super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. I had a few questions about different products, and she took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she knows her stuff—her recommendations were spot-on and exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, her positive attitude made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back because of Aida. Highly recommend!

OMG!!!!!! Ms Ida has exemplified great customer service and product knowledge. There was a lot of variety of different products and strengths. She was a complete joy.

Great shop but the manager Aida seemed to have changed. Her attitude is not customer service like and all of a sudden wants to change the rules. She had been giving deals with a couple products and for months and now her attitude has changed. The other girls even honored the deals she gave me and now they are saying they can’t anymore. Like who can I speak with why did prices change when the manager gave those prices to me for months. Last time I went in store she was very rude and asked well who can I talk to cause she just wanted to change and the answer I got was her she the Boss and owner doesn’t go there. Well Mr. Owner if you do read reviews you need discuss with The Boss Lady that give the same prices all the time not just when she wants too especially when she’s been doing it for months. The other 2 girls with glasses have always honored Aida’s pricing but haven’t been back.
