Brittany was amazing. Prepared our order to satisfactory. Very great customer service she checked them as a few times. I love the vibe here but we did come at like 6:30 in the evening so not too busy.

CRU Houston is definitely one of my favorite spots downtown! The atmosphere is always on point, the music keeps the energy up, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The drinks are great, the hookah is always smooth, and the food is surprisingly good too. Whether you’re stopping by for happy hour, a date night, or a night out with friends, CRU always delivers a great experience. The vibe is upscale but welcoming, and there’s always something fun going on.

My personal favorite host, DOMO, absolutely exceeded every expectation! Coming all the way from New Orleans—where we know a thing or two about great hospitality and a good time—I’m not easily impressed, but she made sure my entire experience was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. The lamb chops were absolutely phenomenal (and that’s saying a lot because I’m a serious food critic!). The hookah was definitely doing what it was supposed to do too! 🔥 Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be back. If you’re planning to visit, do yourself a favor and ask for DOMO—you won’t be disappointed!

Love going here. One of the most consistent spots in the city. You can catch a vibe any day. Literally. Marty is the dopest bartender in the city. Very fast bartender and super cool personality. Will continue to frequent.

I came to Cru on Monday, and although it wasn’t as busy, my server made my experience amazing. She made me feel very welcomed, almost like I had already known her. She gave great suggestions on what to order and helped me decide what would be best from the menu. She was able to create a friendly, comfortable atmosphere while still being professional and doing her job. If I remember correctly, her name was Jas, and I believe she was the only server working that night. You could understand why because she did an amazing job balancing everything and making sure her guests were taken care of. Great customer service like hers is what keeps people coming back!
